DAY 1: Departure for Madrid
Overnight transatlantic flight 

DAY 2: Madrid / Toledo (106 km)
Upon arrival in Madrid, you’ll be met by your tour escort and will depart for Toledo. In the afternoon, enjoy a panoramic sightseeing tour that includes the Tagus River, the Gothic Cathedral, the Church of Santo Tome, and the Synagogue of Santa Maria La Blanca. Overnight in Toledo. (Dinner)

DAY 3: Toledo / Granada (369 km)
Depart for Granada. Upon arrival enjoy a panoramic tour of the city. Overnight in Granada. (Buffet breakfast, dinner)

DAY 4: Granada / Ronda / Costa del Sol (Benalmadena) (307 km)
With a local guide visit the magnificent complex of grand royal palaces and churches of the Alhambra and admire the stunning gardens and fountains of the Generalife. Depart for Ronda. Upon arrival, partake in a walking tour and visit the Church of Santa Maria, the Old City and the Plaza de Toros – the oldest and most beautiful bullring in Spain. Continue on to the Costa del Sol to your hotel. Overnight in Benalmadena. (Buffet breakfast, dinner)

DAY 5: Costa del Sol (Benalmadena) / Jerez / Cadiz / Puerto de Santa Maria (275 km)
This morning, depart for the city of Jerez, known worldwide for its fine wine, prize horses and exceptional flamenco dancers. Visit one of its many wine cellars, and have a chance to sample their famous local wines. Next, enjoy a panoramic visit of Cadiz and the old city with narrow cobbled streets and inviting squares. Late in the afternoon, check in to your hotel. Overnight in Puerto de Santa Maria. (Buffet breakfast, dinner)

DAY 6: Puerto de Santa Maria / Seville (176 km)
On arrival in Seville, a panoramic sightseeing tour is planned that will include the Alcazar, Cartuja Island, the Guadalquivir River, the Golden Tower, the Maestranza Arena, the Park of Maria Luisa, the Plaza de España, and the Plaza de America. The afternoon will bring you to the Cathedral and the Giralda Tower. You’ll finish with a walk through the unique Santa Cruz Quarter’s labyrinth of streets lined with lavishly decorated buildings and flowered balconies. Overnight in Seville. DAY 7: Seville / Cordoba (145 km)
The morning will be at your leisure in Seville. In the early afternoon, you will depart for the beautiful town of Cordoba and visit the Mezquita (Great Mosque), a beautiful example of Islamic art in Spain, which was converted to a Cathedral in the 14th century. End the day with a walk through the narrow streets surrounding the picturesque squares and courtyards of the Old Jewish Quarter. Overnight in Cordoba. (Buffet breakfast, dinner)

DAY 8: Cordoba / Madrid (396 km)
Depart for Madrid where you’ll go on a panoramic sightseeing tour throughout the most impressive squares, avenues and monuments of Madrid. Stroll down the main street of Gran Via and admire beautiful squares and fountains such as the Puerta del Sol, Neptune and Cibeles. Continue on to Retiro Park, the Real Madrid Football Stadium and the Madrid University Campus. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure. Farewell dinner. Overnight in Madrid. DAY 9: Madrid / End of tour
Transfer to the airport for your return flight. (Buffet breakfast)

In Europe, hotel rooms are generally smaller than in North America. There are rarely two double beds in a room. Triple rooms usually feature one double bed and one single bed or three single beds or one double bed and one foldaway bed or two single beds and one foldaway bed.
